Project 365: Day 189 – Freedom from the rat race

6th January 2015 – Weligama, Sri Lanka

One more day in idle town, one more book to ravish.
One more picture of the songs, sung by the living and free.
One more thought to muddle my calm waters,
is that freedom is all that is ever meant to be.
Weligama, sri lanka, travel, photography, fishing

Couldn’t have seen a better word to begin my day – Weligama, Sri Lanka

Sorry for going back to the beach everyday, but there is little else to do here.

I am still soaking in the Weligama beach, beginning each day reading a book. And ending each day with a book in my hands. But the restless soul that I am, I think I have had too much of calm. I need to get back to the crazy side of the world.

So, by lunch, I packed my bags and returned to Unawatuna. Yep, the same crazy hostel where the alcohol and kicks are out in the open.

I don’t think I will be seeing the beach tomorrow.
