Project 365: Day 177 – Common love. For the motorbike.

25th December 2014 – Vadakara, India

With the sorrow of a lost motorbike still not past,
I saw one again today. And a pretty lass riding it.
Riding is an attractive trait, I’ve always felt.
Even on a little girl, I must gleefully admit.

She found a motorbike. And I think I found love. – Vadakara, India

For my last day in Kerala, I went back for the Mela again, since there was nothing else for me to do at home.

But today, I clicked around all the little children that were playing around on the rides. Its a colourful affair, a mela. Apart from the rides which are always decked in colours, the children are dressed up like a bright wedding party too.

And among them, I found this little girl riding a amusement ride with seats shaped like motorbikes. And it was again, love at first sight. I hung around for a while just clicking her from all angles.

Much to the chagrin of her watching mother, who seemed happy only when I showed the pictures to her.
