I am surprised that I haven’t yet been thrown out during my trip to certain countries. This was Yangon in Myanmar, btw.
I have lived in 3 different countries, done vacation travel, weekend travel, long sabbatical years and even travelling to participate in obstacle runs. Don’t let anybody tell you otherwise, but there is no better or worse kind of travel. As long as you get your butt out and see the world, it doesn’t matter how you travel or what your travel map looks like.
Current count of countries visited: 80
Current count of countries blogged about: 64
Below is a map of the countries that I have both visited and blogged about. Of further below, is the detailed list by continent.
- Toggle left and right to switch between countries.
- You can also navigate to a country directly by clicking on the map.
- Click on the ‘Read more’ to read my entries for a specific country.
Note: The above map does not include the countries that I have visited, and haven’t blogged about yet. But it does include some dependent territories (Guam), some disputed regions (Kosovo) and some countries where I have only been in transit (Saudi Arabia, Federated States of Micronesia)
I’ll update this soon. As you can see, I am negotiating with the snow here in Turkey now.
